The 2025 Transcordilleras wrapped up on February 23 in Colombia, and what a race it was. Despite a tough start with a few sick days, Kona rider Cory Wallace found his rhythm in the final five stages, climbing to 6th overall in GC and securing multiple top-five stage finishes. This year's route was over 60% pavement, but when the race hit the rough stuff, the Ouroboros—equipped with 50mm Fox suspension and Maxxis MTB tires—proved to be the ultimate setup. Riders and spectators alike called it the best bike in the race for the off-road sections, and we couldn’t agree more. Looking ahead, we’re excited to see Cory and the Ouroboros take on more rugged courses this season!
