Riding with Kona since
Since 2024.
What’s your favorite Kona in your quiver and why?
The Hei Hei - it’s just so fun to ride in BC. It’s so capable for big climbing missions and can handle techy descents.
Where are you from and where do you live?
From Horseshoe Valley, ON. Now you can typically find me somewhere in BC.
What’s your favorite Kona of all time and why?
Bright orange Jake the Snake. That’s what my aunt used to race for Kona, so in my mind that’s the bike I think of when I think of Kona and my first memories of the brand growing up.
Most looking forward to this season?
Attending and racing Sea Otter for the first time!
What was your favorite track/race/event of 2024 and why?
BC Bike Race - you can’t beat the trails in BC.
Who has most influenced you?
My parents. I would not be riding a bike and where I am today without them.
What was the last gift you received?
Chalices style glasses for drinking margaritas.
If you were a candy bar, which would you be & why?
A Snickers because I’m not me when I’m hungry.

Not tooooo bad.

My wallet (after thinking I was putting it in a safe place but forgot the safe place).

Drones.

Almost on the daily lately in Costa Rica trying to speak Spanish.
Last podcast or audio book you listened to?
Second Nature - The Business of Athlete Sponsorships.
Last thing you googled?
1 cup of butter in tablespoons.
Last time you accidentally hit “reply all”?
I don’t think I’ve screwed up too badly with this but, I think a pet peeve would be when people DON’T hit reply all and constantly drop everyone else off the email chain.
Last excuse you used to skip something?
I need to pack.
Last thing you fixed with duct tape?
Duct taping a stick to a knife to get a cable end unstuck from inside my frame down the seat tube.
